A. Avocado/ Alligator pear/ Avocado pear (Persea americana).
The plantation managed by us only produces avocados with best quality, we can call the variant of Avocado is “Pluwang” type or commonly called Avocado Pangeran by the local community.
This fruit is 3 times larger than the usual avocado, the weight of one fruit can reach 0.8 Kgs to 2 Kgs. This variety has a denser, softer and more pulpy fruit flesh texture.
This variety is one of the tropical fruits that only grows in the lowlands at altitudes ranging from 200-1,200 above sea level.
B. Vanilla planifolia
As one of the varieties in the orchid plant group, Vanilla planifolia emits a strong vanilla flavor and aroma which is easy to combine in certain dishes or fragrances.
The process of making quality Vanilla takes quite a long time, which is around 13 to 15 months. With the fertilization process between stamens & pistils (pollination) assisted manually by our experienced farmers, with great care and carried out very carefully, for each flower stem. So that it produces one fresh Vanilla bean which is ready to entering the next processing process.
It takes about 8-9 months on the tree just for the picking/ harvesting process after the flowers bear fruit.
Furthermore, several drying methods need to be carried out, including the drying method under direct sunlight, until a vanilla derivative is obtained that emits a quality fragrant aroma.
